I have tried all the patches and my restore still will not work. I have 3 copies of the .RRG file and none of them will work. When I ask it to be sent to my E-mail they say they can't find the E-mail account but it is in the .rrg file. HELP

What is the name of the rrg file?

What version of the software do you have?

That's not a good license name.  Please see the last section here for valid names:

Thank you Jim.... I found the orginal file which was named MediaJukebox7.rrg and it restored fine. Guess Windows XP renamed the orginal file when I imported some settings.
