Logitech Harmony One remote with MC13

Hi

I am enjoying MC 13 for some time.
The MC13 in installed in Home theatre PC.

Recently I purchased the HarmonyOne universal remote controller from Logitech, for unifying all IR remotes for my Home theatre system (Flat screen, Receiver, DVD player, etc.).

According to Logitech site the HarmonyOne IR remote is supporting the JRiver Media Center software.

Please let me know, step-by-step, what do I need to do to activate this.

(P.S. I do not have Infra Red receiver in my HTPC computer).

I have the Harmony One and it will emulate the MS RC but you will need the IR receiver to do this.  MC13 is pretty old and I can not remember when JR intoduced support for the MS RC.

So what is the flow? 1) install IR receiver in the PC (USB attachment??) , 2) Load from Logitech site the IR commands, then what ?
