No 3D album view

Help. My MEdia Centre version 172 unable to display
3D albums when I went to Audio/3D view. Display only black screen.
All other views are OK.

My OS is windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit

Rough guess:
Your graphic card is running with the standard vga driver by windows. This one doesn't support 3D.
Install the driver that came with your card or mainboard (if onboard) and try again after a reboot
