Hey guys!
I recently purchased JRiver Media Center because I love having ALL my media in one central place. I also love that I could stream media to my work PC (if I could get it working), and theater mode (seriously, its AWESOME!). But it's hard to justify my purchase now because (after installing the key) the program just crashes upon starting it up. It didn't happen at all during the trial period.
Here's what happens... after attempting to start it up three times (and having it crash immidiatly after displaying the splash screen each time), it notifies me the program didn't close properly with startup options to troubleshoot the problem. But here's the oddity... when I start it from that screen it works flawlessly. I've tried checking and un-checking the options on the screen, and no matter what I choose it starts up properly from there.
I've never installed a 3rd party plugin, I haven't changed any code, and it happens on both Media Center 15 and Media Center 16 Beta.
Odd huh? I'm hoping I can get some help here. Let me know if you need system specs or something.
