Will I be able to install the MC 16 Final over my beta and retain my settings?

I have been using the MC 16.0.32 beta and I like what I see - so I uninstalled MC 15 then made prepayment for MC 16.

QUESTION:  When the MC 16 release version comes out will I be able to install the release version over the top of my MC 16 beta and retain my settings and library?  Remember that I uninstalled MC 15.

Yes.

You have always been able to just install a newer build of the same MC version without losing anything (e.g. a newer MC15 build on top of an older MC15 build). The change from "beta" to "non-beta" has usually meant only that the new version has evolved enough to be the current and recommended version.
