Webplay won't play lists

I'm using Media Center 16 and when connected from a remote computer using Webplay, no playlists work (including "Play All"/"Shuffle" by artist or genre). I am only able to play one song at a time. Any ideas why this may happen? Did I configure something wrong? Is the Windows Media Player on my remote computer too old (running v9)?
