MC 16 bug?? MC doesn't appear in "Programs and Features"

Installed MC 16.0.39 over a previous installation of 15.0.174.

Then upgraded to MC 16.0.42

MC 16 does not appear in the list of programs in "Programs and Features".

Running Win7 x64 SP1
