So, you have my money and I have no product. My skills with a computer are limited, but this should be easier. Everytime I try to finalize the download/restore I get that screen telling me your page is not loading. So I have the basic MJ, but not the real MJ--but you have my money.

So, give it back or get some help. Like why can't I call you?

Please read the FAQ above and post again, just telling us where you're stuck. Coming in here guns blazing won't work.

Knowing what version you have would help.
