Migrating from v15 to v20

I am STILL running version 15. I'd like to migrate to version 20.

I make heavy use of the (old) Library Server service.

Can anyone tell me how many challenges I'll face making this migration? Can it be done in one pass or will I need to migrate to intermediate versions first?
