You can control it with field [Name]

Video Files are named Video - [Name].jpg
"Data" Files are named Data - [Name].jpg
Audio Files are named [Artist] - [Album].jpg
Image Files : N/A

Ok 75% + of my audio Media are Audiobooks. The Artist and Album fields are not populated on my audiobook tracks.
This must be why My Cover art has such weird or missing names.
My Audiobook tracks have custom field's for Book Author and Book Title.

Feature Request: Please allow customization of cover art naming convention.

They can also be named "Folder.jpg" if its in the same folder as the audio files. If you do this you don't have to worry about what tags are filled in.

and no way, it seems, to display folder.jpg (or front.jpg) and  back.jpg together.
