Apparently my previous post's mention about hotkeys working was incorrect... if I have them set to app commands MC16 will respond as long as it has focus. If it is set to hotkeys or automatic nothing happens when it has focus. None of the options work when the application doesn't have focus though. How can I get this working? It never worked in MC15 either.
I have Win7 Ultimate 64bit, MS Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 with the latest version of MS Intellitype Pro software installed. The media keys work fine for controlling windows media player/youtube/etc.
