I have a view under the Audio tree that I'd like to copy so that it's right under Audio (so I don't have to go into the Audio tree). I started to create one from scratch but it's a hassle. And once it's copied (if that's possible), can you move views to a custom order?

Select "Customize View" on the existing view and click "Save this view" in the Settings area towards the bottom.  Create a new root view that is empty, customize it, and load the saved view.  I don't think there is any way to have a custom order of the root views other than what you can do with the name.
