CD Playback Image Question

I've embedded an image in a lot of my mp3 and wma files so that the picture shows up when visualizations play. Is there anyway to assign a specific image to a CD? That way the image will show up when it is playing instead of the ..ahem..jukebox surfboard image.

You should just be able to set the image file for the CDA tracks.  (since MJ 8 databases them)  The images will be saved externally, but that should be OK...
