I am still in the trial period and generally very happy with jriver. I have annoying crashes every now and then though. After restoring to a previous backup of the library, jriver works fine again for a while. But then again it crashes and wont stop doing so until i restore a previous library. Can there be some background activity going on corrupting the library for any unknown reason.
I definitely will buy this app, if i can get solved my problem.

Welcome to Interact.

First, make sure you have 16.0.86 installed from the top of this board.  Download it directly from JRiver.

If you still have M4A crashes, use Help > Logging.  There's some information here:
http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Stability

If you get a crash log, post the last few hundred lines back in this thread.

Looks like it has something to do with auto import. I manually initiated it and shortly afterwards jriver crashed:
