New guy..."Burn Speed" question

Hey all. New to the forum but I've been using MJ for a couple months. I can't seem to find the "Burn Speed" option. Any help? And thanks in advance.

OK. I saw some "views" and no one knows how to change the "burn speed" (the speed at which you burn CDs-Fastest to Slowest) in MJ?
