No a 'Feature Request (tm)' but....

It would help speed things up a tad if, when ripping to an uncompressed wav, MJ8 would write directly to it's target destination instead of to a temp file. Thus saving the time to read/write ~650MB to HD on each rip.

Or is there a way to do this and I've missed it......?

My MJ8 writes directly to its destination .WAV file (when ripping to uncompressed wave)...maybe, you have to set Rip and Encode Simutaneously to checked (On)...mine is.

Good ansa !!!  Just tried it and it works fine.

That'll save me a few hours ripping.
