When I load music to my step daughters 5th gene iPOD nano the music shows in the ipod files and is taking up space but it says on the screen their are 0 songs...

does Media jukebox support the ipod as it stated when i got it?
am i doing something wrong?

I have searched and searched for answers but can not find anything that works....frustrated because last week i spent the 10 bucks to get the mp3 encoder and now it seems to be for nothing because it looks like i am going to have to go back to my previous jukebox MM.

I really like MJ but this is annoying. I need the music on this ipod like yesterday! Not to mention I still have to put music on my Classic 80gb.
