Non Sticky Album Art

I'm having trouble getting the album art for some mp3 files to stick.  I add the jpeg file, and then it will show the file in the window, hit ok but it doesn't show the "updating window."  And sure enough when I go back to see if it stuck, it isn't there.

What version of MJ?

Do you have id3v2 tags enabled and in use on these particular files?

Boy do I feel like an idiot.  The art is in the files, but it only displays in the thumbnail window of the Tagging screen when one file is selected, I always had the entire album selected.  Who knows why this happends on some albums but not on others, but I guess it doesn't really matter.
