Add TV recording schedule to MCWS?

Can you consider adding the TV recording schedule (including recordings in progress) to MCWS?  I am considering doing a new version of the Windows Gadget that would present this information.

Any chance this might be able to happen?  I don't use gadgets anymore but there are several other applications where this would be useful.

Can you elaborate a bit?  How are you going to use it?  Is it just to request a list of scheduled recordings?

Yes, I would probably just create a little program that mostly sits in the taskbar notification area to indicate the recording status and list upcoming recordings.
