Album covers constantly wrong ones

I've had this problem for months and not known how to solve it. My album covers come up wrong i.e. Paolo Nutini comes up instead of Ken Booth etc. What do I do about this. Most of my CDs I scan sleeves before ripping them and they are in same folder as the mp3 files so where do I go wrong? >:(
