Can anyone tell me how to get the expand arrow to appear to the left of a device in Drives & Devices? Sometimes it appears automatically for my Creative ZEN, but sometimes not and recently not at all. Here's a screenshot with the position of the absent arrow highlighted in yellow:



If there's another way to see the list of playlists on the device, that too would be good to know.

PS Interestingly, changig to different libraries makes no difference. But in a single test, formatting and resyncing the ZEN cures the problem ... at least temporarily. I'm going to check for the problme after each format and refill of the ZEN, to hopefully find out whether the dependency is on some variable of the sync, or on some state of the ZEN changes since sync.

FWIW, I have found that on Media Center 18, usually sufficient is toggling the rightward arrowhead to the right of Drives & Devices a few times.
