Classic Crepes Suzette With Grand Marnier

Best Crepes Suzette I Ever Had (Because I Never Had One Before).

Seriously It Was Really, Really Good.

I did make one mistake, I forgot the grated Orange And Lemon rind, But it was still really good.

I used my large pan, maybe a bit smaller one would help. The crepes were really hot when I flipped them to the back side.

Today I put in the zest of lemon and orange, and it was very good.

It enhanced the orange flavor.
