I use custom installation to install a new build. MJ don't remember the previous file association as it proposes many associations I removed previously. More accurately, it seems remember some associations I added in the previous install (such as ogg) but it adds systematically associations such as wav, wma, rm,... It is not a big bug though since it is only when you install a new version.
