Gizmo, how to jump or fast forward in an audio file
« on: September 14, 2011, 03:51:36 pm »

Hello

I recently came across a problem when using Gizmo and listening to a podcast. I cant find a button that let me skip or move fast forward in the podcast. I tried to press the little cursor on the timeline to see if I could slide it but it wont work.

When listening to podcast its often that I want to skip ahead a few minutes and start listening where I finished the last time. But now I have to start listening from the very beginning every time.

Is there anyway to configure Gizmo so I can have these feature?

Many thanks for any help on this subject.

Regards
Hans

Sorry, perhaps I should also mention that I'm using Gizmo on an Android device.

Dragging the position slider a little to the right is the only way to jump ahead.

Thanks Matt

I got it to work!

Perhaps I should also mention why I had some trouble. I have a cell phone with only a 2,8" screen. I needed quite good precision with my finger to get hold of the position slider :-)
