Sorry, but something happened to your post.  I'm not sure what, but regardless here's the answer to your question.

You can use the IsInPlayingNow() expression to see if a file is in Playing Now.

Right-click the header of any list > Add Expression Column > If(IsInPlayingNow(), In Playing Now, )

Replace the text in the if statement with the text you prefer.
