How to change to the language back to english?

Perhaps someone can help me with this. Somehow by accident, I changed the language setting to Russian, so now all my menues and such are in Russian. Does some one know how I can reset it to english. Remember, I cant understand what the menues say so I am navigating blind.

Last two picks have changed. Currently,
On the menu,
Fifth choice (Tools),
Second from the bottom (Language),
Sixth choice (English)
