I like using Artist pictures instead of Album covers for my views in Theater View but I have run into a couple of problems and was wondering if I could please get a little help sorting them out.
The first problem is the Theater View is not work the same way as the same view in Standard view if you are using grouping or expressions.
Example:
Standard View - Genres - Artist (Artist Thumb) - Albums. This way works fine and shows the Artist thumbnails
Theater View - Genres - Artist (Album Thumb) - Albums. Same Standard view imported into Theater View will not show the Artist Thumb.
The second is more of a question / feature request if it is not available.
Is it possible to assign the Artist thumbnail to expression result? I have a view that uses an expression to show related bands. The problem is the result will show only Album Thumbs at the main level.
Currently is: Genesis (Album thumbs) then it shows: Phil Collins, Genesis and Mike And The Mechanics
Would like it to be: Genesis (Artist thumb) then it shows: Phil Collins, Genesis and Mike And The Mechanics
