Output to 4 Stereo Channels via Direct Sound

I have a Xonar DX 7.1 sound card and I would like to use it to connect to 4 analog stereo zones.  The first stumbling block was the drivers but I found the UNi Xonar drivers and now I can direct sound to the 4 different channel pairs.

Now my problem is that I cannot direct sound to the surround pair.  Using Direct Sound audio output I have Output Mode settings for Front L/R, Rear L/R and Center/LFE.  There is no option for Surround L/R.  Where did it go?

I don't think the option was ever added.

I'll see if I can sneak it in a coming build.

Coming in 17.0.29 and newer:
NEW: Added the option to direct sound to the side speakers only with Direct Sound audio output (for outputting multiple stereo zones from one soundcard).
