At present in MC we can collect EPGs from multiple sources (say from OTA and XMLT) but they will all run on the same schedule (see attached).  It would be ideal to be able to run these at different times, eg:
- Once per day run an OTA EPG to get the basic data for all channels but
- Every 30mins to get the most up to date data from on line XMLT sources for those channels that contains data.

Considering the need for 15 min interval, it is important that we allow different interval setup for different EPG modes.  I will start with allowing more frequent updates, and add more complicated feature(s) later.
