Purchase request won't go through

Vizsla:
Have tried repeatedly to buy through the 17 Beta buy license, but the transaction won't go through. I checked with my credit card (VISA), and the problem is NOT on their end. I've gone over the info I typed in again and again. It's correct (and also filled in by Roboform, which has the correct info) However transaction still won't post.

Any suggestions?
