Fixed: Startup "hang"

I had an issue where MC would "pause" (like a hang) for a few seconds not long after starting.  After looking though the logs it would appear I had some old entries relating to a HH sync I had setup that was no longer on that network share.  The "Fix" was to do a Tools --> Options --> Handheld --> Redetect all devices.
