I downloaded the Shareware version of Media Jukebox earlier this year and liked it, so I went online and downloaded the fullup version for $24.98 (My credit card was billed). I began to utilize the program and was happy with it, however there is now a problem. The launch icon I had on my desktop has disapeared and I cannot find any file within the directory that will allow me to launch the program. It seems to have mysteriously ate itself. Obviously since I downloaded the file I have no backup. I am beginning to get the feeling I should have purchased software in the store with a hard backup. Please help.
