Sync, Convert format and DSP. Also mono peculiarity

Great to have the DSP on Syncing, would be nice to have it on Convert Format as well

One peculiarity though
If you convert a track to mono, it's downmixed, but still encoded as a stereo mp3

I'm using the custom params for the encoder at the moment (-m m) to encode as mono, but an automatic way would be nicer
