failure when finalize install

Vista SP2

Failed to install package.

More info: Destination file is in use.
c:\Program Files\JRiver\Media Center 17\Plugins\TiVoBeaconApi.dll
URL: C:\Program Files\JRiver\Media Center 17\Setup\NONE

What can I do ?

Hi, I have the same error when opening MC (17.0.33). Very annoying. I tried to reinstall over without success. Do I have to uninstall? Will it leave all my configuration and thumbnails?

Error reproduced on another computer. Please fix this for next release, thanks.
Edit: it seems to only happen after the first reboot. There's a folder named Setup that remains with the same server_tivo.dll file as in Plugins folder.
