Have a new license, but program says "invalid"

I'm reinstalling, so I have a temporary license, but the program keeps telling me it's invalid.  I have the MJR and I choose Restore, and then point to it.  What else to do?

I'm not sure what a "temporary" license is.  If the license file is over 2 weeks old, you'll need to generate (restore) a new one.  See:  http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Purchase_and_License_Recovery

Yep, I'm folllowing the Restore instructions.  I sent my code, I received a new MJR, and I saved it to disk.  Then I clicked restore in MC and pointed to the file.  It tells me it's invalid.  I can't double-click on a MJR file.  Then it wants to search for a program.

Is your license for the same version of MC that you are trying to install?
