the "don't import short files" option don't run as specified

This option claims not to import files under 5 seconds. But it seems that it filters files longuer than 5 seconds. Indeed, disabling this option I can retrieve 18 files more but when I sort my collection by length I can see that there is no file under 5 seconds.
