Sub-Albums for Images?
« on: December 18, 2011, 08:31:56 am »

I've been scanning a lot of family photos, and plan on viewing them through JRiver. One problem I'm running into is that the album organization is completely flat. It would be very helpful if we could create sub-albums or some other method of nesting albums. Otherwise I'm going to end up with 100s of albums on one level, or a few very vague albums with 100s or 1000s or photos.

I'd be interested to know who else is using JRiver for photos, and how they are currently tackling this problem.

Have you used nested keywords?

No, I wasn't familiar with them. I did a little testing and I think they'll do the job I was looking for. Thanks!
