On 16.0.181, I had been moving some files from one directory on my hard drive to another using Library Tools "Rename, Move, Copy" -- thought everything was done and closed program.  Main window closed but left a small window, sorry I did not write down exact text, "still moving tags (1 remaining)".   This window remained for a while and did not appear in running Applications in Task Manager, so I rebooted.

I'm new to JRiver and I don't think I did anything wrong but happy to learn if I did.

If this is a bug, looks like you already have the message window and trigger code, you just need to condition shutdown on the file moves completing.
