HRA XBR audio?
« on: March 05, 2012, 12:59:08 pm »

I'm playing a movie, Stir of Echoes (1999).mkv - Blu Ray rip.  I'm not getting any of the audio words that's being spoke in the movie.  I'am getting all the other sounds of the movie ie. cars, doors, any other sound.

When play the same movie the same way in Media Player Classic - Home Cinema - I get full audio words and everything.

I looked at the stream selection and it shows:

English (Eng) (mpeg2 main, yuv420p, 1920x1080, 35000 kb/s (default)

HRA XBR (Eng) (DTS-HD HRA, 48000 Hz, 6.1 1536 kb/s (default)

Has anybody else had any issues with DTS-HD High Resolution Audio movies?  The only movie I have found so far to use this codec is Stir of Echoes (1999) - (Blu Ray Rip).  As a reference Media Player Classic - Home Cinema plays this file without any issues.

In DSP Studio > Output Format, make sure you have:
1) Selected the correct number of speakers for your system
2) Enabled JRSS mixing

In DSP Studio > Output Format, make sure you have:
1) Selected the correct number of speakers for your system
2) Enabled JRSS mixing

Number one is already done and correct.  Switched to JRSS from No up mixing or down mixing - and it worked.

Thanks Matt..
