Client and server help please
« on: February 28, 2012, 09:32:51 pm »

I think I put this in the wrong forum.

I have set up client and server on my two computers.

When I make changes on the client then sync the library they are not being saved in the library.

If I close the client and re open they are unassigned again.

I also have two zones on my server but only one on the client.

In Tools\Options\Media Network\Client Options do you have "Automatically sync changes on client back to server" enabled?

You have to have username/password login enabled in order to allow tag changes.  Without logins, the client is read only.

In Tools\Options\Media Network check Authentication and enter the login information.  This is done on the server.
