Media Center 17.0.96 Crashing

I am experiencing crashing problem after installing Latest version.
After 5 seconds of doing nothing at all the program force closes

Reverting Back to 0.95 everything back to normal

In what way could i do that? Just double click the new license file? Cause when i check the registration status says registered with my name on it!


Ok i did that nothing happened program force closes after 5 sec.

Also having crashes with the new version...

First time I've had problems, and gathering coming up tomorrow. That's life :)

Do you need the whole log file or just part of it? This is the instance where it says the program is starting to fail:

0007456: 2716: General: TopLevelExceptionFilter: Unhandled exception -- program crashing

can you click fast enough and then press ok to activate remote control.

I downgraded to previous version (just change the filename to *95 instead of *96 in the download link to the latest version of MC), changed the setting and upgraded again. Probably an easier way to do it though...

Probably not, but there's no need to download the previous installation file again. You can find it using Help > Update Channels > Open Download Folder.
