MP3 Encoding
« on: May 08, 2002, 10:38:09 am »

I only recently installed MJ and was able to create an MP3 file of some analog audio.  This is all new to me.  I transfered the file to a CD-R disk and it plays OK.

Later, I attempted to record some more audio and encode it in MP3, but since then, I only get error messages like: "Cannot create plugin Lame MP3" followed by "Cannot create encoder control".  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have used Norton Utilities to clean the registry, but nothing enables me to accomplish the task.  As far as I know, my 30 day trial period is not yet up.

Does anyone have suggestions?

Regards, Paul

Please visit our plugins page and download the encoder plugin.  Make sure you pay attention to which version of MJ (7 or 8) that you have.
