Error restoring MP3 encoder licence. Unknown error.

Had to reinstall windows on my PC. Reloaded MJ14, but when I try to enter my license either on-line or from a file, I get this message, and it won't re-install.
Any thoughts?

You may need to install the MP3 encoder first.  You may need to do a Restore (see the Purchase link) above.

Did the restore. I get this message when I try to load files from my library to a portable device.

Is the MP3 encoder installed?  Try converting a file to MP3.
