MPC Encoder/Input Plugins (new versions)
« on: May 07, 2002, 09:16:59 am »

Hi,

I've updated the MPC encoder and input plugins. They are available on the plugins page.

MPC input plugin changes:
- updated to version 1.01j of Frank's decoder (improved dithering)
- less aggressive bitrate display
- fixed some minor GUI quirks

MPC encoder plugin changes:
- it will actually work now (yay!). Thank Nikolay and Frank Klemm for this fix Next Page
- braindead profile added
- GUI tweaks
- when adding a custom command line, it is no longer possible to trick the quality selector

Enjoy... let me know if you find any bugs.

No problem! I enjoy developing and debugging... although my debugging skills need work. I'm the MessageBox() debugger... hahaha Next Page Intel's debugger tool is great for stand-alone executables, but I haven't figured out how to get it to work with DLL files.

Trelane,

So far so good. Actually getting rips to finish and import with new plug-ins. Very fast compared to some of the other encoders. Let you know how it sounds when done ripping. Thanks much!

OK, sounds pretty good using xtreme. Again, great job!
