This is totally weird.  While MC17 imports or saves tags (and maybe other long ops, too) many of my windows flash.  My Delphi (7) compiler is about useless as the entire IDE flashes.  Directory Opus directory tree flashes, my VOLUME control flashes.  It seems to coincide with a shell notify event from MC, I think. Any ideas on how to stop it, other than not run MC imports, tagging etc while I'm actually doing something on my computer? At least it doesn't do this during playback ?.
