Under the Settings - Convert
there is a checkbox for Artist/Album
can they be made separate
1 for Artist
2) for Album
that way if you dont want Album it doesnt create it

you can delete (highlight and cut) the album part

in fact, you can delete the whole thing and type what ever you want

e.g.
