Hello, I just bought the license for JRiver v17, but the program don't activate during the activation procedure. So I restarted the procedure for a manual activation by internet, using the activation code I received earlier by mail. After that I got a file : "Mediacenter17-173679.exe" of 2kb, which is completely unusable, because it create an error of incompatibility 64bit! Note that I never got a .mrj file
The message I got : "The version of this file is incompatible with the version of Windows you use .."
I'm using Win7 64bit, updated and activated.
