I haven't seen any other posts regarding this, so perhaps I'm the only one experiencing this problem. Regardless of the view I'm in, when I left click on the scroll bar to move up or down by small amounts, the row height changes to either very short or very tall. If gridlines are turned on, the gridlines run through the text, making it very difficult to read. As soon as I click on another application or even the task bar, the rows return to normal height. This behavior does not occur when dragging the scroll bar or in any other application. It's been present in every build.
