When I sync my android phone with MC no matter how large a transfer I'm making it always tells me there between 2 to 4 minutes remaining.  From the minute I start right up to the end there is always something like 2 minutes remaining.  Today I'm uploading 14 GB of music and it's taken at least 45 minutes maybe longer but according to MC it is always 2 minutes away from being done.  My transfer speeds vary from between 2.4 - 6 MB/s probably avg about 3 MB/s.  This has always been the case for as long as I've been using MC to upload music to my phone.  I don't even care that much, but it's odd behavior to mess up such a simple calculation so I thought I'd mention it.
