handheld Windows CE device problems
« on: April 30, 2002, 04:56:50 pm »

I've been having trouble uploading songs to external memory on my handheld.   It only shows the Internal Memory when looking at the device in MJ.  I have 5 MB left of internal memory and about 100MB external memory.  If I try to copy 1 song to external folder that is less than 5MB it copies fine.  Anything over 5MB will not copy.  So I have to copy 1 file at a time.  How do I get MJ to reconize the external memory card.  Its a 256MB compact flash card.  The handheld is a Casio Cassiopeia E-125 and I believe I was able to write to external memory fine in previous beta builds.

scub,
There is a limitation on getting the external storage size from a Windows CE devices so the new PDA plugin (version 3.0.4) will ignore the file size if it is being transfer to a external memory card ("Storage Card").
